Unless otherwise agreed in a specific project contract, all original code, designs, and frameworks developed by Triad Soft remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final settlement, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to the client, while Triad Soft retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.
Any code or work product created by an intern during their internship, using Triad Soft resources or on Triad Soft/client projects, belongs to Triad Soft or the relevant client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
